1. How can I buy?

All you need to do is register (create account) and add the products you wish to purchase into your cart. To place your order follow the steps on the website. You can pay by credit card or PayPal. You will be sent an e-mail telling you the status of your order. It is very simple.

2. How can I pay?

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, EuroCard and Mastercard) or PayPal.

3. Do you offer any other conditions?

For professionals in the sector (architects, designers, etc.) and for professionals from the hotel, catering and leisure industry who contact Moloform directly, we can discuss specific cases with you in order to offer you competitive prices. info@moloform.com

4. Can I customise the products?

The products may be customised, but only with Moloform’s consent and supervision. Contact Moloform for more information. info@moloform.com

5. When will my order be delivered?

Moloform will deliver orders within a maximum of 4-6 weeks, depending whether the product is in stock. Delivery times for customised products will be established after discussing the matter with Moloform. The delivery costs for customised products will be calculated on the basis of their characteristics and will be paid entirely by the customer. Moloform takes no responsibility for any delays that may occur as a result of workshops closing for the summer holidays, although customers will be informed about this when placing their order. We use external transport companies and we only do so to offer a service, so we can take no responsibility for any delays or complications with deliveries.

6. Can I buy from Europe?

Yes. This is not a problem, as you can purchase online. Moloform delivers to the 26 countries in the EU.

7. What are the shipping costs for my country?

Moloform has different shipping costs according to the EU country to which the goods are to be delivered and they vary according to the weight and/or size of the product. You can calculate the price together with the product profile during the buying process.

8. Can I return the goods once I have received them?

 
8.1) Once you have received the goods you have 24 hours to report an incident to us. Send us photographs by e-mail. Once 24 hours have passed we cannot accept any responsibility. info@moloform.com

8.2) If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have 48 hours from receipt of the order to exercise your right to return it. The delivery and collection costs for returns must be paid by the customer, plus 20% administration costs if we have to arrange for the product to be collected.

8.3) In some cases, the colours and measurements are given as a guide and are similar to the real ones but may not be 100% reliable. For specific cases, please ask us, as returns for technical reasons must be paid for by the customer.

8.4) Products must be returned in their original packaging. Once the goods have reached our warehouse and their condition has been checked, the price will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days by the same method that the customer used to make the payment.
